LIFESPAN COGNITION
I examine continuous change with age in memory, executive functions, and intraindividual variability, using large online datasets (n>40,000) and changepoint models.
INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES
I examine demographic and lifestyle factors that worsen or improve a person’s aging trajectory, and affect their risk of Alzheimer’s disease, such as sex, modifiable risk factors, and cognitive reserve.
PRECLINICAL DEMENTIA
I examine differences between normal cognition and individuals at risk for dementia (e.g., mild cognitive impairment), to study the early identification of Alzheimer’s disease.
